This item came from a supplier in the USA. The order was processed quickly but the package took a while to be proccessed through the American postal system there was then a further delay while parcel force wrote to me requesting payment of VAT & duty on the item..The product itself was as described, and despite the delays at both ends the product arrived within the expected time frame. I think the postal charges were steep, I could courier a similar sized parcel to the states for £30 less.
