GIANTZ CHAINSAW SHARPENER. Motor runs extremely smooth & quite with no vibrations so no need to buy a unit with more power as the motor is more than adequate. Base and guide holder are pretty solid for plastic & are a key to consistent angles. The axis of the motor however can & will move slightly left or right u may find your cuts going to one side or the other. The stones it came with are ok considering the price & this machine can accept a quality blade. 5 stars from a pro cutter!

i was very happy with this chainsaw sharpener, it was as described and securely boxed up to prevent damage, the cost to have chains is getting expensive ,so i should be pleased with this unit , the cost of similar items in some hardware store are pretty high and more so the extra cost to buy a battery on top

Its good quality for the price. Being plastic it flexes a little bit, but this can be handy to to adjust the cut by flexing the head either was a tiny bit. Does an excellent job on your chain, if you have 240 volt power handy you will never use a file again. All teeth end up nice & sharp & even. I was that happy with mine I purchased a spare just in case mine failed and they went off the market for some reason.Its good quality for the price. Excellent product for those who are not competent with hand tools. If I need to mention a negative it would be that the product can only be used near a power source and not on site. Not a problem for most users.

At this stage have only used it a couple of times, works well. Also used it to sharpen a bandsaw blade.Have a couple of tungsten chains that need a diamond disc had to get that elsewhere. So far so good.

GIANTZ Electric Chainsaw Chain Sharpenr
I purchased the GIANTZ chainsaw chain sharpener and have mounted it on my bench. I have adjusted and used it on a number of my saw chains and found it to be easy to use and sharpens really well. It sure beats using the hand file and is more precise. So far I can't fault the GIANTZ Sharpener. I also have a 62cc GIANTZ chainsaw and it also performs gr8.
