Das das Paket verspätet angekommen ist dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts.Aber es lag keine Information bei ob das Gerät ein Defekt hatte. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir bestätigt das der Interne Speicher angeblich defekt war,was wiederum für mich nicht nachvollzierbar ist weil das Gerät nach Einbau ins Auto weiterhin nicht funktioniert was aber auch am Auto liegen kann.Weil ich aber nicht weiß ob das Gerät wirklich defekt war finde ich den Preis für nicht angemessen.

Das Gerät wurde ordnungsgemäß repariert und danach ausgiebig getestet.
Mehr als dem Kunden noch weitere Hinweise und Hilfestellungen zu geben kann ich nicht tun. Mit dem Auto wollte er nicht vorbei kommen, also muss davon ausgegangen werden das das Gerät ganz normal funktioniert.
