    Best Chain Checker Tool

    There are only two chain checker tools that are accurate on the market. Read all about the inaccuracies of all these tools in the Velonews December 2015 (updated February 2016) article about this issue. Pedro's is the better of the two accurate tools due to the extra features. I have purchased one of them and it works very well. It is built with quality.

    A waste of money without adequate instructions and explanation.

    I am unable to figure out how to use this, and the Pedro’s web site isn’t of much help. If you already knew how this tool is supposed to work, you might be able to understand the instructions, but since I don’t already understand what is supposedly being measured and how and why, the tool is unusable to me. Back to the ruler!

    Great tool that you don't realize how awesome it is till you have one.

    This is a great tool that belongs in every bike mechanic's tool box! Not only is it precision fabricated but is also versatile. It awesome for measuring the wear of you chain and has these handy chain hooks that make so easy to install or remove your chain quick link.

    Like the Park CC4 the checker isolates the measurement of rollers and pins, which is a more accurate way.
