The product largely met my expectations, but there is one significant drawback. While the sides and lids of the storage box are of good quality, the bottom section falls short in terms of durability and strength. As noted in other reviews, the inferior quality of the bottom makes it challenging to lift and move the storage box, especially when it contains any heavy items.
I hope the supplier or manufacturer will consider this feedback to improve the quality of the floor section in future version

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
