Sent wrong item, so sent photos to them to prove this as item sent was a S10 not a FM12. Email response said “these were the only ones they have in stock” so why list it and tag it incorrectly? Told to ask eBay for a refund which would take ages - not impressed.

The offer for a full refund for the incorrectly tagged item remains open.
Please return the S10 to us via the eBay returns system in order that we can give you your money back. We apologise for making a rare error with this item but you do have the option to resolve it by returning the gas mask to us for a refund. There is no other possible resolution to this problem.
We are at a loss to understand why you are unwilling to return the gas mask you don't want to us for a refund.
