Customer service was superb! The system automatically put an old address instead of the address I desired the book be shipped to so I frantically wrote in hoping I would catch someone before they shipped it out. They caught it and I now have the book in hand. Very delighted with the service. The book is as described so I am very pleased.

    Highly recommended

This is probably the best book I have read. It put a lot of insight into my life. I have purchased 5 copies of it over the past 8 years to give to friends that I felt could benefit from it as I have. Highly recommend!

  • Bradshaw Gets to the Bottom of Emotions and Sanity as Usual

I have owned this book for some time but it fell apart finally so I ordered this better copy. But anyone who is an addict but also even if you are not an addict and you just want to understand how human emotion should work inside of you vs how it may have gotten off track and lost its way so to speak, Bradshaw does a magnificent job. And I also encourage any seekers of understanding regarding human feelings and spirituality both, to check out audio or video of John Bradshaw because it is out there and he is a hoot to listen to! Very funny and really gets his point across so that you fully understand him. And that is a big accomplishment to be fully understood regarding shame or any talk of emotions really, as the subject is so complicated and nuanced. I have seen many who try to help or ...

  • From Surviving to Living!

+ This book is a source of deep healing for those who have suffered from mild to severe dysfunction in their lives, especially during childhood & youth. Bradshaw opens one's eyes to what one had to do to survive, and then opens the doors on how - as an adult - one can go from just surviving to living as a fully alive human being. Cannot recommend this book strongly enough!
