Super Service, nachdem zuerst aus Versehen ein Schließzylinder anderer Bauart geliefert wurde, war der im Angebot angezeigte innerhalb von 1 Tag bei mir und der war in Funktion und Verarbeitung OK. Da hat wohl der Lieferant der Firma was falsches eingepackt. Aber mit dem tollen Service war das alles kein Problem.

Preis/Leistung mag in Ordnung sein. Der Versand erfolgte auch sehr rasch. Aber, dass die Kosten des Rückversan, insbesondere weil in der Beschreibung "kostenfreier Rückversand" steht, bei "Fehler des Kunden" der Käufer die Kosten für die Retournierung tragen muss, empfand ich persönlich, gelinde formuliert, als sehr schlechten Service! ...ich werde bei diesem Anbieter sicherlich nicht mehr bestellen!
