The chair is amazing. I can't fault the massage chair at all. Excellent value for money. The courier company used to ship it was, however was a nightmare. Attempted several times to get an ETA to arrange to have someone home and just kept getting brushed off. Took almost 3 weeks to be delivered after ozplaza has it shipped out the very next day. For a $245 dollar shipping fee would have been much less troublesome to hire a van and collect it myself.
