The collagen powder arrived on time and well packaged. However, the powder was tipped straight into a plain brown postage envelope rather than being enclosed in a sterile clear inner container/plastic bag. Given that this powder is to be taken internally, I think this method of packaging would repel many customers. The collagen powder is, as advertised, soluble and tasteless. But the packaging should be improved.
