    • This is the same book written for the 80's!

I bought this book thinking there would be substantial differences. There weren't. I have had the one written for the 80's and nothings different. They gave it a new name and book jacket. So if you liked the book written for the 80's then yeah it gives lots of great ideas for how to buy with nothing down. He's the master of multiple streams of income so it's no wonder why he re-marketed the same book. You can simple apply the same principles. So for those of you who have had or have read the older version. It's the same book.
