HI. As you know I have bought a few of these LED strip lights and I am very happy with the product. However the latest batch of strip light has some issues; one strip has a faulty connection and can not be used. And all the other strips have weak glue that does not properly stick to the metal. I have had to use black cable ties to hold it in position. Can you assist me please?
