Very unhappy! Product came badly damaged and seller wouldn’t make good. The packaging was fine, therefore, the item was damaged prior to shipping. The seller had to see the item was damaged but sent it anyway. I asked seller to make good, they would accept a return but not pay shipping. Why should I have to pay anything for a damaged item! I tried to discuss the issue with seller but they didn’t even respond, it appears they don’t care enough to discuss the issue. Overall a bad experience!

Very accommodating and good communication. Despite the listing's detailed description of how to measure for belt size, I ordered the wrong size. So we agreed to an exchange where I paid the return shipping and they paid the shipping for the replacement belt. Very fair and professional.
