This is a nice heater if you don t need instant heat (it isn t infrared - the infrared element heats a plate which then radiates the heat). The heater also looks quite smart and the remote is a nice touch.Ozplaza.living have been outstanding in sorting out after sales queries and I couldn t recommend them highly enough. They provided truly A+ service, thank you!

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
