      Sharp as possible

      I sharpened this case knife for the reason of wrapping Christmas gifts. I wouldn't normally carry a pocket knife of this size. I personally carry a medium stockman. The length of this trapper blades I find to be useful when slicing wrapping paper. I am old fashion when it comes to sharpening blades, I love using different grit stones and finishing with an old razor strap to ensure there are no nitches any where along the blade . Excellent Blades on this trapper.

      Brings back a good memory

      Many years ago, I had one like this. I was a young fellow and I remember walking into Island Creek Coal Company store, in West Virginia and falling in love immediately. I worked putting out sale flyers house to house to buy the knife. Somewhere along the travels in my life I lost it. When I saw this listed, I had to have it, and I carry it every day. It's a well made knife, heck it's a Case. Need I say more?

      beautiful little knife.

      I was planning to get a boy scout knife to replace the one my dad gave me as a kid. It was confiscated as I boarded a plane. When I saw this one I decided to get it instead and I love it. It feels so nice in my hand. I love the color, sort of lemony. It's just lovely. I will keep it in my purse always.

      What a great Case knife. I prefer CV to SS, and this is an excellent example of why. I bought 3 Case knives in succession, this one the least expensive and probably my favorite. The yellow handle is classic Case!
