    Learning Russian

    Recently I bought this book (Learn Russian by Thomas R. Beyer) I found it very useful since it takes a step by step approach, the book comes with eleven pages of flashcards and a mini dictionary for looking for basic words. As a beginner of this course, I haven't found another book more useful. This is my fourth language by the way, English and Spanish as a native and French is the only foreign language studied. I did try many approaches to French, and the most useful is the same approach as this book.

    Good layout to absorb the Russian language

    My daughter said this is one of the better books she has to help with learning Russian. This book was specifically recommended by her teacher in Moscow.

    Learn Russian by Thomas R Beyer

    Great book, with pronounciation keys. I purchased this book for a non-credit class. My teacher indicated that some of the things in the book (telling time for example) could be done in a simpler way and that native Russians would not be offended. This book also offers fun reviews and has cut out flash cards and a dictionary for main words.
