I bought this hose (30m) for my dad at Christmas. He loves it so much that I bought him another one for his upcoming birthday. He said it's a good quality hose with a solid wall mount. The retraction mechanism makes his job in the garden so much easier, as he has a lot of property and winding up that much hose by hand can be time consuming. The shipping was also much quicker than estimated when I made the purchase. He is very satisfied with this product.
