Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder
A fellow student, age 78, brought this book to our Yoga class. It was given to him several years ago by his son who lives in India, a Tibetan Monk. Our Yoga teacher recommended this book to all her students after seeing it. Both she and my physician think that the five exercises presented in this book are excellent exercises that busy people can do in 10-15 minutes each day to keep a flexible spine and neck. I have degeneration of L-3 and L-4 in my spine. My physician told me that keeping the muscles strong around those discs would keep me mobile and strong. He believes that doing the few good exercises illustrated in this book every day is a good way to keep me motivated to keep exercising. There is a small section that discusses diet--also helpful. The book has 50 pages and is easy to read and understand. It contains photographs of subjects in the various steps of each pose. I'm pleased to have it in my possession. It's one of my useful tools to use as a guide for staying in good health and keeping a youthful attitude. I like it so much that I bought a copy for a friend too.

My hair stylist recommended this book. I bought it because I want to get healthier. Actually I bought 5 books and gave 4 away because I think the information is very important and impressive. I was excited that some of the exercises (the Five Rites) in this book were extremely easy and they got easier to perform with each passing day. This book tells a story and is very easy and enjoyable to read. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to get younger and healthier. I've not done the exercises for long, but I have had a noticable increase in energy and well being.My hair stylist recommended this book. I bought it because I want to get healthier. FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH IS REAL
I am amazed and so happy. The fountain of youth does exist. The 5 rites work. I am loosing weight, toning my body, loosing my stomach, and most important my double chin. I really feel better. Anyone can give up 10 minutes a day to look and feel this great. A must have book.
