SO disappointed. I’ve purchased from this seller several times over the last 15 years thru Ebay, Etsy, and her site. Only to be ripped off by her or the USPS ARIZONA CITY USPS, not receiving what I paid for in FULL. She 1st told me that she was on vacation so didn’t even know I ordered?! Excusing herself. Next I didn’t receive the items I paid for immediately as a RETURN, YEARS LONG, LOYAL CLIENT. I’M HURT, DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS OVER A $20 PURCHASE! SAD. : (

This is such a sad situation. This buyer has been messaging me almost daily for a month. Her item WAS shipped and tracked. Here is tracking via USPS: Aug 18, 20237:42amDELIVERED PO BOXARIZONA CITY, AZ 85123I have refunded this customer, at OUR LOSS, I am NOT required to do this, as it was clearly tracked to her address. Pretty beads, they are darker then they appear in the picture, the seller does say that they are taken under full spectrum lighting and blown up to see detail, so I knew that when I purchased them. I did think shipping was S-L-O-W. I bought and paid for them on May 28th, they arrived today a 1/2 month later. I actually received shipments from China faster. That would be my one slight complaint. It said 3 days average shipping from date of payment. These weren't shipped until the 9th.
