    An extremely informative interesting book to read it includes many chapters explaining all you need to get to know and contact to your guides - it explains who they are and how to ask for guidance through many life stages and your personal spirorual journey - I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to develop and stronger relationship with their own guides and maybe to introduce ones they haven't met yet - all in all a very interesting book
