The sellers are very understanding, my first shipment was 1 week late and had no updates to the shipping so I messaged them about it and they said they were sorry and sent a second package which came. The communication with seller, and quick resolution of the shipping problem went above and beyond my expectation. The shipping time gets a 5 star because of a delay that was no fault of the seller, and extremely quick resolution of problem. This seller gets an A+++ 5 star rating. Thank you!
