As far as harness and longevity concerned, time will tell. Ebay algorithm sucks though. Searched for lowest price and found out after buying these I could of gotten them for $5 cheaper for the exact same item. My bad.

"jonly" offered a replacement deal that I liked. It took 2 weeks to receive the replacement. The bits work very well. They are silver soldered on to standard steel shanks, are of typical carbide hardness and well balanced for "Dremel" use. They cut steel welding very well but be careful not to push too hard or the bit will chip off the cutting edges.

They were packed nicely and were new but, I would suggest to a buyer, if the picture shows a single halo that's probably what you'll receive. However in communication with the seller they apologised and offered a 20% refund (which I declined as they were cheap anyway). I would order from the seller in the future but I would look at the picture and read the description.
