For my silica I amgoing to use the food grade Diatomaceous earth is a type of powder made from the sediment of fossilized algae found in bodies of water. The cells of these algae are high in a compound called silica. It comes in powder and capsule forms. I received what was listed-liquid thinking it. would be better. Cell food silica, good stuff
I started taking Cell Food Silica for my psoriasis , it keeps it better under control than without it, the pustules on my right foot are gone while using it. It also grows your hair in faster and thicker.

My must have first aid item.......
I have used this product for YEARS. There was something out before this that I started using about 25 years ago, and then I found Cellfood. I love the Silica formula better because it's not as strong for what I use it for. It is far better than any antibiotic ointment, and I have used it on paper cuts or other small wounds, burns (halts the damage from whatever burned you, whether it was your curling iron, a hot pan, etc), ant stings, spider bites (yes, where it seemed that the poison was going up my capillary in my finger), and other similar issues. I have used it for a skin infection that I got that nothing else helped with. I never figured out what that was. I would use the version without silica, too, but that's more concentrated. It's a great nutritional product for overall health. I have had people try it when they would realize they were about to get a cold sore, and it would stop it dead in it's tracks. I think it can be used for anything skin issue that's not too severe where you would need medical attention. I tried it on my kids' sunburn before, and they were itching uncomfortably for hours. I am not sure if it helped. I have never used it in my eyes, but if I felt I needed to, I would just dilute it a good bit. The only fear in using it is in the sting. I have always treated myself and avoided many visits to the doctor. There is nothing else like this that I have ever tried, and I tried many things before this in my quest to self-treat. The formula without silica is great for all these things, too, but I prefer that this doesn't sting as much when used topically, and silica is a great ingredient for all the other things that are listed on the label. Plus, this one is less per ounce. I loan this out a lot and often don't get it back. I am getting ready to order more. I don't like running out(!).

Silica makes hair and nails grow
This cell food is amazing especially when taken everyday. I see a difference in my hair and nails. Regrowth is miraculous. It's tasteless I take it first thing in morning in water.

I'm black and my hair is down to my waste. It's based on heredity but even good genes can use a boost as you get older. Only issue is that all the other hair on my body grows faster/ prior to the hair on my head.
