For the most part they were as described. One issue was a couple of the hooks on the end were bent, to the point where I couldn’t attach it to the rack.
It wasn’t a huge problem for me because I was able to straighten it out with a flathead screwdriver and a hammer. And there were no signs of damage to the box it came in, so I don’t think it happened during transit. However, once that was taken care of, they work great.
