Everything inside the polyethylene outer bag was bashed and torn.though the bulbs all illuminate when tested. Unsure how the plastic lens of the bulb will react to extended use. These types of bulbs can become very brittle due to the temperature of the light output being 1.700 Kelvin above that of daylight. Only time will answer that question. These bulbs appear to be good value for money. Recommend seller.
