The package had DO NOT BEND written on both sides, cardboard was inserted for reinforcement, but the package still got bent. Very clear it was not the seller. Sad that UPS workers gets a pay raise and still can't do their job right. I thank the seller but I am beyond furious at these shipping companies. Also, it was wrapped in an EXCELLENT manner which made sure that it (the 12 x 12 calendar) did NOT get bent. They wrote on BOTH sides of the envelope ("do not bend").
