    Wonderful

    I love how the Carolina Cousins series fills in the stories and lives of the characters we met in Shenandoah Sisters. Never Too Late explains the background of several main characters of the Rosewood family. I am only half finished but have enjoyed every minute. Was very sad that the series is not completely out in print yet. Thought I had waited long enough to get the whole series. Oh well. The anticipation is great. A lot of action and insight into the lives of the characters and especially their walk with God. Many ideas that helped me to evaluate my own walk. Very good!

    Never Too Late

    If you like Christian novels set during the Civil War, you will love this third book of the Carolina Cousins' series. Each page leaves you eager for the next. Michael Phillips has captured my heart depicting the problems the blacks and whites endured the Civil War and its aftermath. His characters will tug at your heart.

    Great book to continue the saga of the "Carolina Cousins"

    The series had me scurrying to get to the next book. I love Civil War historical fiction and Michael Phillips did not disappoint. In particular, I appreciated how he wove the characters' spiritual beliefs into this story, and how in the end, good overcame evil.

    never too late

    I have read the whole series and we have them available for the patients at our hospital to read.This is a very good series and I would recommend it to anyone, the characters become like family. There is another series to go along with this one, it has the same people and you watch them grow.
