There was a single issue with one of the cables being the wrong type. I notified them, they responded immediately and offered a discount on my order ($25 for a $100 order) more than double the replacement cost from another vendor (I ordered a replacement for $12). Came as expected, functions as listed at a reasonable price. The item was listed as lightly used and arrived in that state, minor cosmetic damage but a good piece of equipment. It's the kinda seller I trust to buy used electronics from. Packaged very well and shipped quickly. Glad to be able to give old office laptops a second home. Battery was at 80% of its capacity which is reasonable for a used laptop in my opinion.
