  • Not the best foreclosure book you can buy

    Sure this book does have a little bit of good info but not enough to make it a worthwhile read let alone spending $20 to buy it! I have about 10 real estate books on my bookshelves and I'd have to say this is probably the worst one of the group. Mostly the author talks about some of the bad deals he has had over the years had hopes someone will listen to his story and give him some sympathy. If you are looking for a no B.S. pre-foreclosure book you'll need to look elsewhere because this book will not make you happy. Maybe if you get this book as a gift or something I would skim it over and read the chapter summaries but don't waste much time on it.
