Arrived slightly bent and damaged due to what I can only describe as poor packaging. Rod was poking out of the outer packaging when it came through my letterbox. Wasn't exactly cheap as well.

Hello sorry about this. The postman has damaged it trying to fit it though a letter box. The parcel is at least 40mm and sent as a parcel (not letter) so they shouldn't be trying to fit it through a letter box. I will contact you about a replacement.

Unfortunately the First one never arrived and tracking never moved on it status. The seller was very quick to reply and send out another what was dispatched quickly and arrived the next day but unfortunately once fitted the never worked only way to get it to work was to tap it. Returned the item and got the full refund with any problems . Disappointed and rather annoyed.
