have given positive feedback, but not happy with purchase. Was sold as new but the chain bar ajustment was damaged by someone prior to my buying it, the carton that it came in had also been opened and not sealed properly, this is a reject tool , no quality control when made, however i have managed to repair it even though the motor not strong enough to suit a 20 bar and chain. Dont sell this rubbish, a saw like this should be labled as faulty, and priced at about $25.00 for parts. Jim
