This has got to be the worst seller I've ever had the misfortune to come across in all the years I've been with ebay. They were advertising this item as new which it clearly isn't. Seller reckons she couldn't see damage in the pics. How strange bc both myself and 2 ebay advisors can clearly see the damage. I ask for a returns label and seller stops responding!! Also when i asked to cancel the seller pretended shed had an outage for a short while lol...thank goodness for ebay AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am really sorry you feel this way however I can honestly say this is completely untrue. I accepted the return and refunded you in full. I was also advised by eBay to block you due to the abuse I was receiving whilst trying to resolve this for you. There was no damage to the item other than some residue from packaging materials, easily wipes off. I pride myself on my products and my customer service. Sadly I was unable to satisfy you no matter what. Take care and all the best for the future xx
