    My leather jacket arrived wet because the box was wet and was packed only with paper. It ended up drying out ok eventually, but I when I initially contacted the seller, I didn’t appreciate her SOL attitude. She was basically trying to tell me when she sent it, the box was fine, so it’s not her problem. Clearly clueless about protocols, uninterested in finding a meaningful solution—I got tired of the back and forth and gave up. I obviously didn’t order a wet jacket, so it’s clearly not my problem
