It turned out that the connector shells and pins are exact replacements for the factory parts. Instead of cut and splice, I removed the pins from the connector shell and installed the factory pins in their place thus not having to cut/splice. The factory shell was melted from heat off the catalytic converter. This process kept the harness clean and factory appearing. Kudo's to the seller!
