    • My Opinion of "The Practice of Aromatherapy"

The book is informative and I learned alot but, it is written in terms of someone who is an aromatherapist. I don't believe this is a book for someone who is beginning to use aromatherapy. At times while reading it I felt very frustrated because the author assumes you know more than you actually do. I am not sorry I bought the book but, in my opinion the book is not written for a beginner.
