The house was nicely packaged (which is hard to do on such a big, bulky, fragile item!) and it arrived nicely on time. The house was also just as described and shown in the photos. Shipping was pricey, but about average for the item. It's not easy to get a ceramic house with tiny parts through the mail undamaged!
