Overall positive experience. They item arrived nicely packaged and as described. It did have a small gold chain included that had tangled up in the meshing of the pendant. But I bought the pendant to wear with a rope chain so it didn't matter. I ended up cutting the small chain to get it untangled. So overall good experience, The seller could have been more communicative.
