Item arrived buckled and warped. The item is of poor quality and doesn’t hold the weight of litter or a cat- it sinks at the back causing the litter to spill and I have to hold the seat down and supervise while my cat is using it to stop it from giving way underneath him and falling into the toilet.

Over all the money and service were good. the product is a bit to flimsy. i had a big cat when he was small enough to use this ( bear his weight) he could not reach the toilet. now he can jump up there this item is a bit to flimsy to hold his weight. The idea is great however

This came quickly but had no batteries which wasn't indicated in the post. The seller was very helpful though, and chased down the kind of battery I would need. I'm disappointed though, to have a solid-feeling torch that I can't use. I just would have like to have known beforehand, because there are some torches that do come with batteries include,c and I would have chosen one of those instead, as a complete package. The seller was helpful though.
