The product key arrives in no time. However Norton Symantec makes it very difficult to install a new product key. Also, it will not add on to the remaining balance of the previous product. Norton also insists on automatic renewal for each new key. So have to cancel the subscription (the wording sounds as if I will lose the licence straight away). Anyway at the end the key works as planned, just takes longer time.

    I used Norton Security years ago and was unimpressed. But since trying it again on a brief trial period, after purchasing a new laptop on which it was pre-installed, I've been impressed by how it doesn't slow anything down - that I've noticed, anyway. So I've got ahead and purchased a full year of this and I'm delighted with how easy it was to install and use of all 5 devices allowed.

    Flexible reliable protection

    Easy to install and maintain, performs well in that it detects most threats and is not resource heavy. Things not so nice are the "adware" type notifications which are or should be a nono for paid software. Also if you already have this installed DO NOT activate before your current copy expires. If you do you will loose any remaining time. e.g. if your copy has 30 days left before expiration and you enter the new code expecting your subscription to be 1 year + 30 days you will be disappointed.

    Ticks all the boxes

    I have been using Norton for years. It performs as it should with intruder alerts and warnings. It is really a set and forget product. On the odd occasion I have had to contact Norton direct, they were very professional and knew what they were about. Very patient with a not very savvy user like me. If you are looking to purchase internet protection, then this the one I strongly recommend.
