Contacted seller after I received the pillow shams letting them know they appeared to be washed, therefore, they may not have been "new". Did not get a response.

These shams were purchased from my local Pottery Barn retail store. Although the paper hang tags were missing, you can see that the Pottery Barn price tag is attached to both shams. Not sure how familiar you are with Pottery Barn products, but their linen bedding is enzyme washed for a "prewashed" feel.
