They informed the company, as did I and the company immediately replaced the item. Excellent people and company with which to work!

But in the end the item arrived in reasonable time and condition. The seller was willing to communicate and that’s a plus! The item itself is not great quality but it was also less expensive than the OE kit from Pfister. I would buy the Pfister next time and I will update my review if this kit fails prematurely.
