She not only replaced the first defective watch but she sent back a more beautiful and fully functional watch in return. This watch will stay in my personal collection. Watch arrived broken instead of in "extra fine" condition as described. Contacted the seller and returned the watch for repair...return postage was reimbursed by the seller. Instead of repairing the watch and returning it expediently, took considerable time and seller was out of communication. Watch finally arrived in the same condition...broken! Repair estimate cost $30 which the seller refuses to refund. Repair was estimated at $550...although refunded for watch the worst eBay experience ever!
