    The seller did not send the item int required time. seller ingnored two messages I sent. Only when I complained did seller ship. I believe the seller was trying to wait me out to "steal" my money. Why else would the seller not answer messages and not send the package on time until I complained. I think the seller should be sanctioned. . There is documentation to back this up.
