I purchased the Colour Me Wash Shampoo for $100 but received a 33.8 oz bottle of leave in conditioner instead. I went back to look at the listing and sure enough there was a mistake--the title and image was Wash and the description was different. When I pointed this out the response was 'that's why we tried to stop it' and that they would correct the website and get back to me with shampoo. Stop what? They never reached out. rating will change if I see and follow through.
