Hi, my name is Sharon McCartney. I am writing to you in regards to a fault with a table I purchased from you. I was happy with the appearance of the table and chairs. However, when assembling the table and attaching the brackets, two of the screws would not screw into the holes. The lining or socket the screws screw into was not attached properly. The socket would turn with the screw and therefore it would not tighten or unscrew.
