The folks at TranzdepOt are great! I ordered a transfer case chain for my explorer and my mechanic told me that the chain did not fit to gear sprocket inside the transfer case.the part was green checked before I ordered but some how the explorer transfer case was not correct. any how I emailed TranzdepOt and they issued a RMA for a refund in a very fast manner. This company is a perfect example of an honest business standing behind there products.
