I ordered the bearing on Sunday April 23 & cancelled the order it 45 mins later. I received an email from SKF saying that the request had been received. On Monday April 24 they emailed advising the cancellation had been declined because the order had already shipped. I sent an additional email asking them if they could contact UPS & cancel the shipment & have the item returned to sender. I did not receive a response. Terrible customer service
