Product didn't work right out of the box
I knew the odds were against me when I bought the ZOMM, but I thought I would still try. I really need something so I stop leaving my phone behind. Shipping was fast. When I got the ZOMM I went to charge it. It's supposed to light up while charging. When I plugged it in nothing. No light and I wasn't able to turn it on. I tried using the supplied USB cord and plugged it in that way. Nothing would even recognize that the ZOMM was plugged in. I know that they require a firmware update but I couldn't even get anything to recognize the ZOMM to attempt to do the update.I knew the odds were against me when I bought the ZOMM, but I thought I would still try. Dead on arrival
Couldn't get this thing to power up. I followed directions and charged at least as long as recommended. "Push the Z button until it beeps 2 times" the directions said. NOTHING. (I will admit the little gadget lit up when the charger was plugged it... that's all I got for my money). Sad.
