The item came broken in half due to bad packing. The seller did not want to pay the required fees in UK for it to be fixed, so it had to be returned for a full refund. Of course, I am still out of pocket as I had to pay for the return postage! And according to a Hatton Gardens British jeweller, the item is not "sterling silver" as advertised, but a low grade alloy! Finally, there were stones missing and while in my care more stones came loose.

I have gone through contacting this seller and Ebay had to step in because they were uncooperative. I was sold this item and received it. It was not as described in the advertisement nor photos. It was actually fraud. When I did contact them they said it was good enough. Ebay refunded me my purchase fees after they stepped in. Ebay also found that my case was as described. When I originally bought from them there were negative reviews, but I took a chance. Buyer be VERY aware. Fraud.
