The packing was so bad that it squished the whole hat and now it just a crumpled creased mess. It can't be called a hat. It's out of shape so badly that it is not even coming back in shape. It's going to go in the bin straight. Waste of money.

Brought this item then received 4 cheap picture frames that the seller tried to talk me into keeping with a discount on the price. Did not want to tell me how to return items. So much was not right. He said that the purchase was for 1 framed butterfly even though it stated 4. Anyone who deals with this seller is crazy, I don't know where the positive reviews come from.
